In creating the Third Party Unit we were able to establish a framework for our insurer clients that could demonstrate the ability to reduce the costs of a claim significantly by efficiently capturing and processing it. We remove the need for solicitors, significantly reducing costs and improving the customer journey. Alternatively, once a claim has been captured we offer our clients the ability to run and control the claims process internally.

How it works

We handle any third party claims, having identified the customer through our 24/7 claims capture service or from data supplied to us from our insurer or broker clients.

Each identified claim is reported either to our first notification of loss team or our case managers and notified to our insurer clients within hours.Each claim will be processed and reported to the insurer once we have established key claim information tailored to suit each client
