Sam White Chief executive Sam has over 20 years working in the insurance and legal industry both in the UK and Internationally. She is recognized as pioneering a number of innovative insurance marketing services for some of Europe’s biggest insurance companies. Sam founded the Chameleon Group 10 years ago and has turned it into one of the UK’s most profitable companies in insurance marketing services.
Emma Macinally Managing Director Emma co/founded the Chameleon Group and its associated companies with Sam White and as managing director deals with the organizational and delivery of the product and services. With a background in large operational services and support and 17 years experience working in Insurance, she has designed and implemented all the technical and customer service tools.
Ted Shaw Non-executive Director Currently President of Shaw, Moses, Mendenhall and Associates (SMMA) Insurance Agency, one of the US leading and most respected international, multi-state insurance agency’s, Ted has unique and unprecedented experience in all aspects of the insurance industry. Ted is also recognised as one of California’s leading political and religious activist having held the prestigious office of major in his hometown of South Pasadena and president of the South Pasadena Chamber of Commerce. His business and community interests have been universally acclaimed by numerous awards and commendations. In addition to sitting on boards of directors for various civic and industry organizations, Ted devotes his time and talents to good works at Holy Family Church in South Pasadena. He has been a committed and devoted member of the Congress Committee for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles and has served as chairman of the Capital Campaign.
Mari Halliday Non-executive Director Mari is an experienced executive with comprehensive senior-level experience in marketing, business operations, new business development, account acquisition, program/project management, needs assessment, and customer service within the insurance industry. Her background in retail, wholesale and program sides of the US insurance industry compliments Chameleon’s growth needs.
Mari has proven abilities in recognizing as well as capitalizing on customer trends across commercial insurance products and in identifying growth opportunities.
